1. 수집하는 항목

• Government Only 요청: 성명, 직위·직함, 소속, 국가, 이메일, 전화번호, 명함 이미지, 요청 내용
• 일반 요청: 이름, 회사·소속, 이메일, 전화번호(선택), 소개자(선택), 요청 내용
• 부정 이용 방지를 위한 접속 IP

2. 이용 목적

요청 검토와 신원 확인, 관련 기업 연결과 미팅 주선, 진행 상황 안내와 기록 보관에만 사용합니다.

3. 보관 기간

요청 처리가 끝난 날부터 3년간 보관한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 삭제를 원하시면 언제든 요청해 주세요.

4. 제3자 제공

요청을 처리하기 위해 연결이 필요한 기업에 꼭 필요한 범위의 정보만, 사전에 알린 뒤 제공합니다. 그 밖에는 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 처리 위탁과 보관 위치

홈페이지와 데이터는 Cloudflare(미국)의 서버에 저장됩니다. 명함 등 접수 자료는 관리자만 볼 수 있습니다.

• General requests: name, company, email, phone (optional), referrer (optional), request details
• IP address, to prevent abuse

2. Why

Only to review and verify requests, connect you with relevant companies, arrange meetings, report progress and keep a record of it.

3. How long

Three years after the request is closed, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with the companies we connect you to, and we tell you first. Nothing else is shared.

5. Where it is stored

The site and its data are hosted by Cloudflare (USA). Business cards and submissions are visible to administrators only.
